Return Policy

If your order arrives damaged or was packed incorrectly, please reach out straight away so we can make things right with an exchange or refund.

Because each card/letterpress item is hand printed and varies based on the print run, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on items which are undamaged but which have minor printing irregularities (slight changes in colour, textured printing, minor misalignment). If you’d like to chat about your order, please reach out with photos and a description of your concerns. We may be able to provide store credit on a case by case basis.

Custom orders will be provided with a digital proof prior to production, any mistakes following the customer’s approval are the responsibility of the customer.
